Setting Hotmail Junk Mail Settings from Outlook Doesn't Work

When I set a junk mail filter for my Hotmail account from within Outlook the settings don't work.




For example: My Junk E-mail Protection setting in Outlook is Safe Lists Only. So, everything is junk unless I mark the user or the domain as safe. But when I mark a Hotmail e-mail as safe, the filter is never set and all Hotmail e-mail still goes to junk.




Is this the way it's supposed to work?
