View zoom setting changing

My friend's Outlook 2013 new email dialog keeps ending up zoomed out (so that the signature appears very small on her screen, but is ok when the recipient gets it) even though she is not aware of doing anything. I have reset it for her a few times. I suspect that perhaps she is doing it by accident with the mouse wheel? Or is there another way this could be happening? And is there a way to lock the view setting so that this will not happen? Thanks
 
She is likely doing it by accident with the wheel. When it happens in a compose form, the zoom setting is saved and the next message will be affected too.

I'll have to check and see if you can disable zoom - but it means it will never work, even when you want it to. It would be better to figure out what she's doing to change it so frequently, so she is aware of it.
