Setting up Outlook 2021 on new computer

I will be setting up a new Win 11 computer for a friend. We will be buying Office 2021 desktop on Amazon and I need to import as much as possible from the existing Outlook 2010.

I believe the two email accounts are both IMAP, and I think years ago I set her up with a .pst file for use as the default file.
I've already copied the pst file to an external hdd.

She uses iCloud for Windows to sync two calendars with her iPhone. Is there anything special I need to do to migrate this calendar setup, or do I just reconfigure it from scratch?
I think I remember reading here that I will need to install both iTunes and iCloud from the Microsoft store for the best result. Any other thoughts appreciated.
Should I try to find an iCloud file on the old computer and migrate it? I remember deleting that file and recreating it many times over the years when it failed, seems like no need to migrate it.

I am also concerned about the autocomplete information, that fills in email addresses that are not contacts, but that she has written to in the past. My reading tells me that info is stored in the pst file. Is there anything else I need to do to get that set up.

My wife uses the Calendars and Appointments feature quite a bit. She says it works fine, and I do not recall doing anything special to get them working. If there was, it's likely in those instructions above.

1. iCloud for Windows does many things. Yes, it must be installed and configured properly. You get it free from the Microsoft App-Store.

2. No iTunes (it's being depreciated anyway). Just iCloud for Windows.

3. No. Your "real copy" of stuff is in the iCloud anyway. Embrace that. Finally, use icloud.com when you must rarely. Do everything else on iPhone or iPad.

4. That just runs from the main (locally stored) folders.pst file. A little tricky to setup. See here:

I'll be setting it up sometime in the next week or two, I expect. I'll report back my findings.
