Thank you Diane, I tried to follow your advise but was having a hard time finding the Control Panel. I finally did a search for that and found this site-
http://support.risualblogs.com/blog/2012/01/16/outlook-2010-mail-control-panel-location/. Basically I ended up cutting and pasting the location he provided in my run box and finally got to the Control Panel.
The following is the relevant information from that site I linked above-
Here is the location of the mail control panel just in case you cannot see it in the list of control panels that are available:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\MLCFG32.CPL
OR
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\MLCFG32.CPL
You can simply copy and paste the lines above into a run box to display the mail setup control panel:
After I did that, everything was easy to do. Thank you so much! I don't know why I couldn't find the Control Panel in Outlook when I had it open. I still haven't found it from Outlook. Only when I did the search in my run box.
Anyhow, I got it set up the way I wanted and I appreciate your help.
