Got a new computer and have problems in connecting synch iCloud and Outlook 365 (2016?). Have problems in both Outlook and iCloud Settings.
1. In Outlook, the iCloud add-in is checked and indicates that the add-in is active. However in Outlook, the iCloud Refresh button on the menu is not showing.
2. In iCloud Settings, it is missing / not showing the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars & Tasks with Outlook" option to check and uncheck.
I have talked with Apple and Microsoft support but they haven't been able to provide with the solution. They tried to be very helpful but seem that they do not know that much on how both programs interacts.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled iCloud and Outlook several times and in different ways, and also have deleted and added again the add-in. I have even reset completely Windows 10 but still I have encountered the same issue.
Please provide some light and solution.
