iCloud Option to sync contacts, mail, calendar and tasks

Using office 365 outlook 2016. When I install iCloud for Windows the option to check “Mail, contacts, calendars and tasks” is not available. Tried doing clean uninstall of Office, clean uninstall of iCloud and ran SFC. Still no joy after many hours. Anyone got an idea?
 
that usually means outlook was not detected.

Is this a new computer?
Go to File, Office Account and new to the About Outlook button is a build/version with words after the numbers. What do you have installed?

Also the iCloud addin is includes in the list of Addins.

I presume you mean in the enabled section.

Are you using 32- or 64-bit office? It shouldn't matter - icloud works with both.
