iCloud telling me my Outlook is not supported

Getting this error when I try to add my iCloud (personal credentials) calendar to Outlook. I have tried re-installing iCloud via the set up file for pre-Windows 10 but it won't even run. The latest version of iCloud from the MS Store still gives me this same error.

Windows 10. Office 365 using my work credentials for the licence of Office, but my personal email settings.

All other functions of iCloud for Windows work perfectly, it's just the calendar functionality that needs fixing.

I'd be grateful for some help getting this resolved.

You have the windows store vewrsion - iCloud (and most addins) only work with the click to run version.

How many accounts are in your profile and what types are they? Do you have custom templates or macros in other office apps?


You can uninstall office and reinstall it from your Microsoft account so the click to run version is removed, but it will delete the accounts and all customizations.
