iCloud calendar sync only works one way!

I recently had to create a new Outlook Profile and I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling iCloud on my PC to get it to work. Now the only problem is events created on my iPhone or iPad don't sync to my PC. They sync between the two iOS devices fine and appear on iCloud.com but they don't make it to the calendar in Outlook. However, if I create an event on the PC, it DOES get copied to iCloud, so it's a kind of one-way sync.

I would be very grateful for any help to resolve this...

iCloud version 13.0, Win 11 home 64 bit , Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2203 Build 16.0.15028.20152) 64-bit

Hi Diane,

I just tried that but it's the same. My iCloud calendar in Outlook is updated with new appointments added to my calendar since I last set up iCloud in the initial sync but any new appointments subsequently added from iOS don't appear in Outlook. I did notice that if I create a test event in Outlook, it appears on my iPad and if I delete it from my iPad, it gets removed in Outlook so that part works... It's weird. This used to work but hasn't since I created a new Outlook profile which I did to fix another issue.
 
Just wondering if there are any more ideas. I'm working around it by using my iPad to view my calendar. Although I can still add to it from the PC, the PC doesn't receive items added from my iPhone/iPad. It's very odd and a little annoying. I don't know who to go to for support as I presume Microsoft will say it's an Apple issue and vice versa.

If I sign out of iCloud and back in, it does a static sync to outlook but as mentioned, it does not pick up later events...
