Get Calendar back from iCloud

I had to re-install Windows for a friend. Before the re install I looked in Outlook and noticed she had iCloud contacts. I remembered reading here that iCloud moves all the contacts into the icloud folder, so I copied them back to Outlook's Contacts to be safe. I've now reinstalled Windows and set up Outlook using her old Outlook file. But I find that the calendar was apparently in iCloud so there are no calendar events shown in Outlook anymore. How can I connect to iCloud and get her calendar events back so they are accessible in Outlook? She was using Outlook 2010 before, now she has Outlook 2013. Thanks
