iCloud Calendar and Contacts in Outlook 365

I enter and update my Calendar and Contacts on my iPad. These happily synch with my Outlook 2010 (with Outlook Connector)

How can I get these Calendar and Contacts entered into and synching with my online Office365 account?

Are you syncing directly with outlook.com or using iCloud/itunes?

If by Outlook 365, you mean an exchange account, you can only sync the exchange mailbox (including calendar and contacts) with the exchange account - you can't sync an outlook.com calendar to Exchange. If you need to view it in your exchange account, you can subscribe to it.
 
Hi Diane,

I believe I am synching directly with Outlook 2010. I currently don't see any Contacts nor Calendar nor synching in my current outlook.com account.

My email provider is about to switch email hosting to the new Office365 Enterprise E1, which as I understand it is similar to outlook.com but with more business strength features. So I have set up to access this account as MAPI in Outlook 2010.

I hope this is clear. Can I synch my Contacts and Calendar between the iPad and my Office365 account?
