Getting back previous computer owner Outlook email

Hi all,

I recently bought a nice used desktop and the computer works perfectly fine. However, I installed Office 2013 plus and every application was working properly, the problem was that my Outlook opened the previous owner email account. I deleted the email account from Outlook and installed my email. Later Outlook started to shut down every time I was trying to delete some folders. I uninstalled and re-installed office again and the previous owner email came back again. How can make sure the previous owner email account doesn't come back again?
