Hi Outlook experts,
I have been struggling to get the names of contacts to display correctly when using the Insert Address button in Word to fetch the contact info from Outlook. I have been able to set up the AddressLayout to get the company name, city, etc. just fine.
The problem I am having is getting the suffix(es), etc. to display how we like them (with commas). I would like the names to be like this:
Billy D. Williams, P.E., Ph.D., President
The only thing that I have come up with is having the last name as "Williams," and the title as ", President" and the P.E., Ph.D. as the suffixes. This does not seem like a good solution.
FYI I need this to work for 2010 and 2013.
Thanks!!
