Last night at shut down (March 13th 2014) Microsoft installed 12 new updates on my PC. Today Outlook doesn't function properly - it's NOT a coincidence I'm sure:
1. Outlook stays minimised on task bar once opened.
2. 'Restore', 'Maximise' or 'Cascade' don't help.
3. 'Size' / 'Move' are greyed out.
4. Unable to access 'Run as administrator' on any MS Office options (but can on other software...)
5. I can, via the taskbar icon, create a new email / calendar etc. and from the new email get to File
> Properties and see all advanced items / inbox with email totals in folders etc. so not corrupted.
6. I can open it correctly using safe mode (holding control key).
7. I am unable to deactivate any plugins because I am not the administrator - but I AM!
I'm all out of ideas on this, looks like I have to use Safe mode for the foreseeable future?
