If my partner on a shared icloud calendar makes a new appointment, I see that only after I accept it using the Notifications button.

Can I automate that?

Outlook 2010 32 bit on Win 7 64 bit, no exchange ...

Neither...the icloud program adds a 'notification' button to the top row above the calendars. Most of the time its grey. B ut, if the other party adds an appt, the button turns blue, and then you must click to accept the notification(s) into your version of the icloud calendar. For example, if my wife adds an appointment, I get the notification button but not the appt until I click it.

I'll have to boot up my iCloud virtual machine and test it. Because it's a "feature" of iCloud, we might not be able to auto accept it using a macro.

Hmmm. The invites show up on my calendar even though not accepted.

The macro i tried isn't detecting new items on the iCloud calendar so a macro isn't going to work.
