Auto Forwarding with different "From"

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone could help with this... I usually use rules to auto forward email to forward bulk emails to different email id for further actions. But I am looking for a way to change ‘From’ address while forwarding. I tried to search for solutions but didn’t get any good results

To make it clear, Let’s say I want to forward all email received from “source email id” to “end email id”

Instead of doing: Source Email > email 1> End Email

I want to do: Source Email > email 1 : change “from” to email 2 > End Email



So that any query can go to email 2 which is group email to avoid delay in my absence.

While I am at it, it would be nice to change Text formatting to ‘Plain Text’ instead of ‘HTML’ for consistency (To be honest I just need to forward attachment, removing everything in body is also an option)



Can anyone please advise. I am very new to all this.
