I created a form that resides in the Organizational Forms Library. It is being used by ~50 users.
Most users are able to send data using the form regularly
But there are 3 who when they send the form, the e-mail appears but the form is missing.
We have observed them fill out the form and we don't see any errors.
What are the troubleshooting steps we can take to determine why these 3 users aren't able to send the form
