Outlook 365 VBA AUTO SEND WITH DELAY FOR EACH EMAIL

I am trying to get a macro together that will set up an email from a list in excel and then set a delay on each email of between 5-13 minutes between sends. I have been trying to use the delay function and i have tried to use the loop function but it does not seem to work and I want to try and get the code to run.

I have gotten the delay to work one time to send one email, but then it will not loop to the next email. I have tried to find it online, but no luck so I figured I would look here. Any help would be great and I can provide the code if that helps.
