I do a lot of event based work and a lot of the to do items are very similar. I have created a master database of todo items in Access that enables me to attach due dates, etc. to a template set of tasks, preparing them for import into Outlook Tasks.
Two questions:
1) Any leads on how I might be able to automate this process through VBA? The target in access would be a query.
2) If I attempt to import the tasks using the built in method in Outlook, I only have a limited number of Task fields to choose from. It does not include custom fields that I have created. Is it possible to include a custom field in the import?
