Hi Experts,

Is there any way to import the old.ost file to the current outlook profile or any other way to merge the ost to current mailbox.

Please help on this
 
No, you can't use an old ost in a new profile. If the profile that created it is still available or was just deleted, you can export to a pst if you need contents of the ost. More information is here - Convert an Offline File (.ost) to a Personal File (.pst) - along with ost 2 pst utilities if you need to recover items and can't recover the profile that created it.
 
If it was not originally created and current by your Exchange server, or hopelessly out of date, you need to purchase an OST to PST converter and convert it to a PST file. Then import it into Exchange or into Outlook.
