Recover server side rules from OST/PST without access to the server

I'm trying to restore (or at least see) my old server side rules which I now need to reconstruct after the Rack Space meltdown.
I thought I had backed them up to a RWZ file but now that I need them and am trying to restore them I see the list is far from complete. I obviously can not connect to the server so I am trying to reconstruct them from my old local OST file. I also have the PST that Rack Space provided.

When I open my old OST in MFCmapi and browse to IPM_SUBTREE - Inbox - Associated contents tables
IPM.Rule.Version2.Message
junk email rules

If I export these sections the files appear to contain the words from my rules (in a human unusable format).
Is it possible to export them in another format or to somehow insert them into my new OST file, or in some other way some what recover the rules and/or key words?
 
I dont need to export or convert, thanks. I Have access to all my data except server side rules
 
You can import the exported rules using mfcmapi. Export the rules as Unicode MSG files - you'll have one file for each rule.

Mentioning ost brings out all the spammers pushing their software. :)
