The maximum database size of the BCM database is 4G. I'm not in danger yet but this is such a unique tool for my situation that I want to ensure I keep it viable for a long time.
1. When an email address is "Linked and Tracked" and a given email has an attachment, it appears that the attachment does not get stored in the database. Rather, BCM keeps a pointer to the original email in which the attachment resides and it is viewable there. Am I correct?
2. What best practices, if any, are the for recovering or preserving free space to stay well within that 4G limit?
