Deleted my email account - how to recover it

I deleted my email account accidentally after transferring all my emails over from a "data" account. When I tried to delete the data account it wiped out the email account instead. Can it be recovered "with" all the emails. I know I can set it up again, but what about the emails? Done about 20 minutes ago.
 
The email should be in a pst file on your hard drive, unless you used Move, not Copy. Because its a pop account, you'll be able to open it in any profile. The pst file is either in Mu Documents\Outlook files or in the %localappdata%\Microsoft\outlook folder (if using win7/8) - type or paste that in the address bar of windows explorer and press enter.

In some cases, like with Exchange accounts, you need to use system restore to recover deleted accounts. You can use system restore to recover the account, but it won't do anything for your email.
