Content occcasionally deleted email message is dragged to shared folder

When one of my users drags an email from one folder to a shared folder the message will retain its subject, date et, but the content/body of the message gets stripped and appears blank. This only happens occasionally, say once every few days, but sometimes the content that gets erased is mission critical.

I have been looking for a pattern but no luck so far.

Can anyone help?
