hello,
for a couple of days now I cannot download some of the content (pictures and so on) in outlook
the mails come in fine, links in the mails work perfectly but instead of "click here to download content" I get : "Some of the content in this message could not be downloaded because you're working offline or aren't connected to a network"
I'm not offline and I'm connected to a network... how can I get outlook to see that ?

I'm not using the VPN when I open outlook
but AVAST free version.... right, there has been an update recently...
so there could very much lie the problem... and the solution

Yes, thanks, I disabled the mail shield and I can now download contents.... the shield is too powerful to be used :(
