Change Default contact form and import from Excel 2010

Hi all,

i have a problem i hope can be solved, is there any way to edit the default contact Card and save it (not under a new name).

Our problem is that we need to import fields from Excel 2010 and the import wizard uses the default contact Card, so we can't import fields that are not in the default contact Card, and we would like to add maybe 20 new fields ??
