Outlook 2016\365 export specific rules to import in another system

Is there a procedure whereby I could export certain settings (specifically the ones under Junk Email Options) to a file so those same settings can be imported into a different account using the same version of Outlook 2016 Exchange. It needs to be as specific as possible and not just Every Rule and Setting in Outlook. If there are any additional procedures covering other similar aspects that might also be used later to import into other Outlook accounts they would be handy to have as well. In this specific case, it is with regard to the Junk Filters under International covering blocked encoding and blocked top level domains from some countries. I am aware that this is an easy block for Spam to bypass but every little bit helps.

It would be nice if I could choose to set "move to a blocked email folder" rather than completely block the emails caught using this method to determine its effectiveness as configured.
 
Most of the stuff is in the registry - but the safe and blocked lists can be exported to a text file. (They are also in the registry). The only problem with the new versions of outlook is that each account has it's own setting and own registry key - it makes it harder to export the keys and reuse them.

Blocked domains should get sent to the Junk mail folder - of course, you won't know if a junk mail filter would have trapped it anyway.
