How can I import my PST files to Office 365 format without using paid software?

Because all the tools are paid and their free demo version is very limited access. So, can anyone suggest to me some solution to this problem?

Is this on windows? Do you have Outlook 2013 or newer desktop software? If not, use the office 365 trial - and make sure you cancel it or turn off auto renew - and connect Outlook to the exchange mailbox, then import.
