VBA for outlook to compare and sync between calendar

The laptop can either connect intranet or internet environment at one time. and using 2 different outlook profiles, shared with similar archive.

  1. main calendar are connected to intranet exchange (task will not appear when connected to internet)
  2. I have made an archive calendar and copy an exact duplicate from the main calendar.
  3. when connected to internet, I used software to sync those task to my Google calendar.
  • Issue - Everytime I am in intranet, I have to select all and copy the main calendar and it will form a duplicate events. (Not feasible to add one by one)
Any expert here can help on VBA that does the following,

  1. copy main calendar and paste into archive calendar &
  2. check for same events, if true, then skip.
  3. check extra events in archive calendar to main calendar, if true, then copy, else skip.
I don't know how difficult it will be, is it difficult?
 
or maybe
  1. Upon start up of outlook, copy main calendar and paste into archive calendar &
  2. check for new event from the main calendar, if there is, copy.
  3. check modified content with same heading & same time of creation from main calendar, if there is, replace/overwrite.
  4. check extra events in archive calendar to main calendar, if true, then copy, else skip.
This is my idea, i am open to any suggestion.
