Calendar deletes appointment after entry from both Outlook and Icloud calander

Outlook 2010 32 bit
Email Account

All of my 2010 Outlook calendar entries have disappeared on both my personal folder calendar and my icloud calender within outlook. The items remain on my iphone and do sync with my phone before they are deleted. I have run a repair on Outlook and scanpst with no success. All of my entries appear in my deleted folder.

Any thoughts?
