Hi,
I have outlook 2010 32 bit installed and was trying to get my calendar to sync with my iphone. Following instructions from the Apple website i installed icloud on my computer and the icloud add in for Outlook.
The sync worked fine initially, with all my appointments appearing on the phones calendar. However i was no longer able to edit any appointments on my original calendar in Outlook with the pop up message "you cannot make changes to the contents of this read only folder". I was able to edit the added icloud calendar, but the changes wouldn't sync to my original calendar or iphone. My original calendar is a shared internet calendar on a Webdav server - allowing my area manager to see my appoinments. With it not updating i removed icloud hoping it would return my editing permission to the setting prior to installing icloud. This failed and i now have no way to edit MY calendar in Outlook. I have searched for a way to return my Outlook calendar to the settings prior to installing icloud with no luck. I tried a system restore to a point prior to installing icloud also with no luck.
I would greatly appreciate any help to return my calendar to it's original permission settings.
ps. The permissions button is greyed out.
Regards
Ian
