Outlook doesn't download all hotmail emails on Vista

I am using Outlook 2007 (32-bit) on Vista (64-bit) and installed the Outlook Connector (32-bit). I configured my hotmail account in Outlook.

Outlook (or Connector) downloads all my hotmail folders list. Then starts downloading the email messages.

However, it downloads all emails only after 10/26/2010. All email before 10/26/2010 are not downloaded.

I have the same setup on my other computer using Windows XP Home Edition. It has all my older emails.

Please suggest, why its not downloading older emails (before 10/26/2010) on Vista.
 
The connector should sync all mail. I'd try removing the account and recreating it. Also, look at the first message not downloaded - does it have any non-alphanumeric characters in the from, subject or bdy fields?
 
There is no non-alphanumeric field in FROM, SUBJECT, BODY fields.

Outlook doenloads all emails in Windows XP. But stops in between on Vista.
