"From" field doesn't show extra email addresses in Outlook 2016.

Hi everybody! When using outlook.com over the web, I can easily choose any of the email addresses added to my account to be on the "from" field. Unfortunatelly, that doesnt happen when I am using the desktop client (Outlook 2016). I tried several times to find a solution for the problem with no success... Many thanks in advance!

Are the address aliases or connected accounts? If aliases and you have a subscription version of Office 2016 that is updated, you should see the aliases. Connected accounts won't show in outlook yet - they are working on it though.

This is a test account i have at hotmail - the aliases are listed below the actual accounts in my profile.

Hi, Diane. Thank you very much for your message. The address aliases are connected to the accounts... I do have a subscription version of Office 2016 and it is up to date. Unfortunately, I still dont see the alternative addresses listed in the "From" field... :"(
 
Hi Diane! My non-outlook email accounts are conected to my outlook.com account via IMAP and they are also set up as alias. The funny thing is that when I use outlook.com, or when I send a message through my phone, the other email addresses are listed there. I only dont see them listed when I am using the outlook desktop client.
