Advanced find query facilty Help please

I am looking to perform and 'and' or an "or" to a search or a rule

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\<version>\Outlook\

I went to this key to add a new key called querybuilder (from an article) is seems in Windows 7 Outlook 2010 there is no such key address.. can you tell me if this registry change direction and change still works and how. This give a query builder in advanced search so i beleive
