I am finding, with our Medical Centre incoming mass emails with similar email subject and body (doctors appointments), it very hard to set rules that are inclusive of words and still allow continuous reading of the next rules. I am aware of the stop rules but find it use hard to fully understand I need rules that includes more than one subject in the subject or body but not as in 'or' .
I need say Dr. Smith and Appointment both words satisfied before the next rule . Can I parenthesize this phrase or add an .AND so as to be inclusive of satisfying both conditions (ie Dr. Smith and Appointment) to then further act on the message How can this be accomplished . Can outlook 2013 search for a date in the body and make a task or appointment from a rule
