Please help. My live.edu mail will not sync.

I just built a new desktop and installed Win7 Ultimate, office 2010 32bit.

Then I tried to sync my school email which is @live.ndm.edu, it will not send and receive.

I added the account using Outlook connector and yes it is the lasted version.

The error code it it gives me is as follows

Task 'xxxx@live.ndm.edu/ reported error (0x8004102A) : 'Error with send/receive.

There was an Error synchronizing your folder hierachy. Error : 80041004'

Task 'xxxx@live.ndm.edu/ reported error (0x8DE00005): 'There is an error

synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your account is configured correctly by

first accessing your mail on the web. Error 3203. Client. Mailrelayprovisioned

accounts re not supported.'

So here are things I have done already to resolve this issue.

- reinstall the connector / readd the account

- 4 different versions of MS outlook (2010, 2007 in 32/64 bits)

I tried adding my plain @hotmail.com account and it is sending/receiving emails with no problem.

Also this @live.ndm.edu email syncs flawlessly on 2 other PCs running office 2010. (Both running diff Win7)

Can anyone tell me what the problem?

Is the account configured the same way on the other computers? Is the outlook connector the same version on all computers?




Also, verify the computer date, time, and time zone are correct (within 5 minutes). If there is a wide difference in the time, it can cause errors.
