Adding 3rd-Party Add-In to Home Ribbon in Outlook 2010

I have Outlook 2010. One of my third party add-in's has been assigned its own tab separate from the home ribbon. I would like to add that add-in to the home ribbon -- so as to skip an extra step of having to navigate to a separate tab -- and cleared space on the home ribbon to do so. However, I don't see the add-in in any of the commands one would see when you go to Options and then Customize Ribbon menu. What can I do if anything? George
 
Look under All Tabs in Choose Commands From. I have Adobe PDF, OutlookSpy, and BCM options there in Outlook 2013. I don't think this part changed between 2010 and 2013, but if your addins are not listed, then you can't add them to custom groups in other ribbon tabs.
