Removing old emails when adding accounts

Hi all

I have been using Outlook for a looooong time. When i go to add a new account, it still offers some long deleted accounts. See atached pic

I would like it to forget these accounts and possibly lingering setup configurations.

Reason for this is that we recently moved a domain from GoDaddy to Miscrosoft, but i can no longer add it as an account into Outlook. My suspicion is that somehoe Outlook id not "refreshing" the configuarion data and keeps the old config data to access the account.

Always good to answer your own question! I decided to search the registry for one of the old emails.

At some point i came across
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities\105108302172336971897_tp_google_imap_OAuth2

which contained a number of olf identities so i deleted those keys.

A further search found

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\WebExt\MarketplaceUrls

Each old email had 2 entries so i deleted both.

Restarted my PC and Outlook, and the old email addresses were now removed from the list AND i could add the email address for which the domain was moved. Problem solved!
