Hello. I have been using Outlook for over 10 years and so I have many folders and sub-folders to manage my emails. I am currently using Outlook 2016 on a Win10 computer with an IMAP account. I exported and backed up my account info including all the folders and subs from Outlook. After deleting and reinstalling Outlook, when I opened Outlook for the first time, all my previous email folder structure was in place which was under my original email account. That is good. When I went to add my original email account which had created all the folder structure for Outlook to use, it created a new file structure using my email account with a "(1)" to make different from the original account and file structure.
I just want to get back to my original file structure with my original email address Outlook to use! How do I fix this?
