Outlook 365 Search Box reverting to old location

In error I clicked on "Try the new outlook" and was greeted with a pleasant surprise. The location of the Search Box has reverted to below the ribbon bar

The build is 2210 (15726.20174) Current Channel (Preview). I asked a colleague to do the same and also got the same response which is Search Box in the "right place", at least as far as I am concerned.

I have looked in options to see if there is anything as a user can configure UI. I may missed a big announcement somewhere so apologizes if this widely known and I am playing catch up. Do we know for certain if the Search Box is moving back?

If that was the good news then the bad news is the Search Options are not working. However, a basic search does work and return results.

Its reverted by itself to the old way as it has done for my colleague, back at the top with all of the search functions enabled in the drop down dialogue box rather than the buttons in the tab.

And I was getting excited for a while sense may have prevailed....

If you use Firefox, resetting the search bar to Google is simple. Click the small arrow in the search bar to display the available search engine, and then select Google from the list.

Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer doesn't include a separate search bar in its interface, but if you were using the Google Toolbar and it disappeared, you can often get it back by right-clicking the toolbar area and checking the box next to Google Toolbar. If you don't see the option, download and install it again from the Google website (link in Resources).

Chrome
Chrome also doesn't use a separate search bar, and instead allows searches directly from the address bar. If Google is no longer your default search engine in Chrome, select the Settings option from the Chrome menu, and then change the default search engine to Google in the Search section of the page.
