Project Management - Adding Folders for Different Folder Types

Is there a way to create a folder and then beneath that folder create an email type folder and task type folder so that both sub folders can be seen under the top folder? It looks like you can only see a task folder in the task tab. I would like to have them be all together similar to the way an Explorer structure would show them.

Top folder
Email Folder
Task Folder

If it can't be done out of the box are there any 3rd party products available that can mimick this behavior?
