Simple contact and project manger like MissingLink for Outlook

Hi, I've looked at, and like, MissingLink - but support for the product seems non existance (no return calls or emails). I need a nice contact manger, simple project manger, calander, alarm, tasks etc that works within Outlook - since I'm in it all day. I like how MissingLink attaches sent mail to each "project" I also like the green, yellow, red light system. I've searched high and low - does anyone have a solution that comes close to Missing Link? Sorry if I have mis-posted, this is my first time here.
 
Looking for something similar. Or a guide on how to create something similar to track projects which are across emails, appointments , tasks, etc.

I operate in a restricted IT environment where I cannot install add-ins.
