Contact deletion

When using outlook 365, I open a contact often. I may add notes or review some information. I then "save and close" Problem for me...there is a "delete" right next to the "save & close" I have deleted by mistake in the past...then have to recover it (hoping that I noticed I deleted it). I can't seem to get rid of that delete button or move it. I also can't get it to ask for a delete confirmation. Any option? Thanks, Mike
 
You can remove or move the button, but you need to remove the group and create a new group with the buttons you want. Or get in the habit of using ctrl+S.

Remove the Actions group on the right (purple box) and add a new group then add the commands from the Main tabs > Contacts to it. Add Delete to a different group. Or leave it off and use the Delete key, Ctrl+D. or add Delete the Quick Access Toolbar.

Or you could add save and close to the Quick Access Toolbar instead...
