We are using Office 365. As the admin I would like a simple way to blacklist/block certain domains for our entire Office 365 account right from Outlook. As an example when I'm hit with spam all day I'd like to be able to right click on the message and select "block all email from this domain".
I know I can go to the Office 365 Exchange admin panel and do this, but it's time consuming and counter productive. Isn't there a simple way it can be done right from within Outlook via an add-on?
To be clear, I'm well aware of being able to right click, select Junk and Block Sender. But all that does is direct it on an individual mailbox basis to the junk folder. I'd like an action like that which would bounce email from those domains for our entire O365 organization.
Thanks
