how to open a pdf file with a known password

Hi,
We are receiving a lot of mails every day.
these have one pdf attachment.
the pdf is secured by a known password.

What we normally do is open the e-mail, open the pdf, enter the password.

What I would like to do is open the e-mail, open the pdf, and fill the password in adobe to enter the pdf.

Can this be done with a macro or something?
I have no experience with this.

An outlook macro, I don't think so. Assuming you use Acrobat, it might be possible to pass the password to it using VBA. (It supports VBA but i don't know if the password is supported by the acrobat object model.) There are some windows macros - like autoit - that might be able to do it.
