Outlook automation pull from PDF

Im not sure if this is possible but I send emails all day for work. Here is my process.
1. Download a pdf statement for a client.
2. Copy the name, unit, and account number from a line in the pdf.
3. Paste those 3 blocks of information into the subject line.
4. Paste those 3 blocks of information into the body
5. Upload pdf statement to email

So i'm wondering is there anyway to automate this? So that it pulls the 3 lines of info that is always in the same spot on the pdf to form the email. It would be super helpful. Thank you
 
If you can copy the entire text from the pdf and the parts you need can be identified using code - if its in the pdf as
Reference: name unit account number

then you can grab it - assuming you use Acrobat or another PDF application that supports VBA. Actually... maybe opening it in word would work. The big this is regex needs to be able to find it.
 
I think it would be able to identify it. The data is always in the same spot on the pdf. Im very new to this sort of thing so not sure how I would set it up.
 
What do you use for opening the PDF? If you don't have adobe or one that supports vba, you'll need to use send keys to select the text - it might work to open it in word. I don't have time at the moment to look into it though.
