Hello,
If I insert a text per Copy & Past from Outlook to Word and have selected accidentally the signature text in Outlook, then the text would be formatted in Word document as signature.
The big problem in my case is that this text is more than one year on this document so that the text has become very large. This signature formatting has dragged itself in everywhere.
The entire document has been extensively revised and contains numerous formatting, which of course must not be lost.
Is there a way to remove only the annoying signature formatting from the text, without necessarily destroying the entire document and thus all the work?
The following usual steps did not help too:
How To Remove All Formatting in Microsoft Word
Thanks
