Remove just one attachment before AutoForward

Hi all - hoping someone can help me with this.

Is there a way I can remove just one attachment from an email before it is AutoForwarded?

We basically have one supplier who has an automated system that sends us an invoice and receipt in the same email (both as attachments). We have outlook set up to AutoForward their emails to our accounts package but as a result, the accounts package enters both the invoice and receipt onto the system.

Is there a way we can delete either the invoice or receipt from the email before it is forwarded?
