Hi there. I'm using Office 365 Business, version 1710. I talk with a ton of people over email every day. To make it easier, I added paragraphs I constantly use into Quick Parts for easy pasting, and I often type in some extra custom stuff to go along with it. Problem is, when some of the recipients of these emails reply, I see my custom text and my Quick Parts texts are in different colors and sometimes even different fonts, making it pretty obvious I've been pasting pre-written text in. The font in my emails and the font in my Quick Parts are identical - Calibri (Body), 11. What gives?
