I WAS able to add the "Categorize" button to the QAT (Quick Action Toolbar) when I am looking at a folder such as Inbox. BUT, when I create a NEW email, the Categorize button disappears from the QAT on top of the new email. How can we keep it from disappearing? I have my Outlook set with a Rule, to delay all outbound emails for 60 seconds, so I can go back when my brain DOES wake up, and make an edit to something STUPID still in my Outbox. BUT, sometimes I want the email to go RIGHT NOW, and my rule to delay send has an EXCEPTION, if the Category is set to RED. Without the Categorize button on the QAT, it's four clicks to categorize. Any suggestions? Thanks. Rick.
