Making rule to move email to folder from one O365 domain

We have three our corporate email setup (Office 365) so that email from any of three similar domains goes to the same mailbox. I would like to setup a server side mail rule that routes mail addressed to one of the three domains to a separate folder. When I set the rule up, it seems to work for a few messages and then all of the incoming email (form all three domains) passes to that folder. Any ideas on how to make this work??

trying to avoid having to setup separate users for each domain.

How does the rule read? if you look for words in the sent it address, rules should work.

Are the addresses set up as secondary addresses on the mailbox or are they set up as GAL Contacts and forwarded to the mailbox?
